It’s the excellence of our extra virgin olive oils, produced from the selected olive “Cultivar Taggiasca” coming exclusively from the inland groves of West Liguria.

The discipline used for extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. “Riviera dei Fiori” is that the Taggiasca olives are picked within November to 31st of March each year.
It is a prestigious extra virgin olive oil of excellent pureness with a strong point of delicacy, as it is able to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of each dish keeping to the original scents.
It is defined a “must” extra virgin olive oil because it is decanted naturally, unfiltered and transplanted several times to avoid the excessive formation of sediment in the bottom of the bottles. The bottles are bound in gold paper to protect the extra virgin olive oil from the light.
