Pitted “Cultivar Taggiasca” olives in extra virgin olive oil
Carefully selected high quality olive “Cultivar Taggiasca” coming exclusively from the hinterland of western Liguria, put in extra virgin olive Alberti.
The Taggiasca quality olives are small and elongated shape with an iridescent color. This variety of olives, typical of Western Liguria, is cultivated in limited quantities and unique, thanks to the perfect combination of land, water and climate.
After harvesting, the Taggiasca quality olives are preserved one year in a brine of water, salt, aromatic herbs and natural flavors. They are then pitted with a particular manufacturing process and packaged in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
