Pitted olives “Cultivar Taggiasca” in extra virgin olive oil
Carefully selected high quality olive “Cultivar Taggiasca” that come exclusively from the homeland of Western Liguria, in Alberti extra virgin olive oil.
The Taggiasca quality olives are small and have an elongated shape with an iridescent color. This variety of olives typical of Western Liguria, is cultivated in limited quantities. They are unique thanks to the perfect combination of land, water and climate.
After harvesting the Taggiasca quality olives they’re preserved one year in a brine of water, salt, aromatic herbs and natural flavors. They are then pitted with a particular manufacturing process and packaged in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
