Olives in brine “Cultivar Taggiasca”
Carefully selected from quality olives “Cultivar Taggiasca” coming exclusively from the hinterland of western Liguria.
The Taggiasca quality olives are small and elongated shape with an iridescent color. This variety of olives, typical of Western Liguria, is cultivated in limited quantities and only thanks to the perfect combination of land, water and climate.
After harvesting, the Taggiasca quality olives are kept a year in a traditional brine comprising water, salt, natural flavors and aromatic herbs.
