Olives in brine “Cultivar Taggiasca”
Carefully selected from quality olives “Cultivar Taggiasca” come exclusively from the homeland of Western Liguria.
The Taggiasca quality olives are small with an elongated shape and an iridescent color. This variety of olives are typical of Western Liguria and are cultivated in limited quantities and only thanks to the perfect combination of land, water and climate.
After harvesting the Taggiasca quality olives are kept for a year in a traditional brine comprising water, salt, natural flavors and aromatic herbs.
