Red pesto sauce of D.O.P. Genoa basil
Tasty sauce, with an intense and delicious flavour. It’s made with typical ingredients: Genoa Basil DOP, sun-dried tomatoes and Extra Virgin Olive oil.
For our red pesto sauce we use only selected tomatos, picked from june to september, dried under the ligurian sun. Then, they are ground and mixed with DOP genoese basil and extra virgin olive oil.
Its intense red colour recall the flavour with aromatic note typical of sun-dried tomato and extra virgin olive oil.
