Ligurian pesto without garlic of D.O.P. Genoa basil
We were the first company in Italy to propose this version of pesto sauce on the market. It is garlic free pesto ideal for those who are intolerant to garlic.
The most important ingredients are: DOP Genoa basil (only leaves, not stems), extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, Parmesan and pecorino cheese.
It is an unpasteurized product thanks to a special process on the DOP Genoese basil that does not alter the flavour or the characteristic bright green colour, typical of home-made pesto.
