Taggiasca Olives Tapenade in Extravirgin Olive Oil

It is a delicious paste obtained from a variety of black Taggiasca olives that give it a typical taste of olive. We choose and pick olives at the right level of maturity. To guarantee a perfect conservation we put them in brine until the moment of processing. Then they are pitted with a procedure of careful workmanship and reduced to pulp, and finely jarred in extra virgin olive oil.
The black olive paste has become, along with pesto, a classic of our traditional culinary and a must for the Alberti brand.
