We were the first company in Italy to propose this version of ligurian pesto on the market; it a garlic free pesto, ideal for those who are intolerant to garlic.
The most important ingredients are: DOP Genoa basil (only leaves, not stems), extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, Parmesan and pecorino cheese.
It is an non-pasteurized product, thanks to a special process on the DOP Genoese basil, that does not alter the flavour or the characteristic bright green colour, typical of home-made pesto

This sauce is perfect on any kind of pasta, especially the Ligurian trofie and trenette.
Instruction for use: thin in the serving plate the wished quantity of product with few spoons of cooking water, add parmigiano cheese and extra virgin olive oil.
